Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of payment being made. However, there may be times where we will incur slight delays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

Please bare in mind once the item has been dispatched, Hayaa' Clothing cannot be held liable for any loss caused by the delivery company.

 

 

United Kingdom

Tracked - Items sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs service (aims to deliver within 2-3 business days once the item has been dispatched)

Tracked 24 - Items sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr service (aims to deliver within 1-2 business days once the item has been dispatched)

 

 

International Orders

All international orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service. Orders over 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service for larger orders.

 

Expected delivery times to Europe are between 3-5 business days. For the rest of the World, packages are expected to arrive between 6-7 business days.

 

Please be aware of any customs/duty tax you may be charged once the package reaches your country. The customer is liable to pay customs/duty taxes.
