Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment being made. However, there may be times where we will incur slight delays.

United Kingdom

Standard - Items sent via Royal Mail 2nd class

Tracked - Items sent via Royal Mail Tracked services

At the checkout you will have an option to choose between the two services above. Please bare in mind once the item has been dispatched, Hayaa' Clothing cannot be held liable for any loss caused by the delivery company.

International Orders

All international orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service. Orders over 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service for larger orders.

Please be aware of any customs/duty tax you may be charged once the package reaches your country. The customer is liable to pay customs/duty taxes.

Expected delivery times to Europe are between 3-5 business days. For the rest of the World, packages are expected to arrive between 6-7 business days. Once your package has been dispatched you will be sent the tracking information via email.
